I'm leaving today for a 5 day business trip to San Diego. While I travel and when I am eating out in restaurants, here are some things I've thought about so I can stay on my HCG diet:
- We can cook and take some plain chicken with us. (I like mine boiled with garlic salt and seasonings)
- I packed lots of tea.
- I can order things in a restaurant like a small plain 6 oz steak, fish or pork chop and cut it in half.
- I can then eat half and a plain salad, and take the other half to go.
- I can eat my fruit as snacks only.
- I'll need lots of bottled water.
- While we are driving, I can eat my boiled chicken and raw broccoli
I really think I can. There will be three of us on the HCG diet. The challenge is to weigh before we leave, and see who lost the most pounds by the time we get home. This will be fun!
